At DOPE Marketing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined returns process ensures you can exchange or return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
